THE ROBMARK STRATEGY

After meetings were held to discuss the client’s needs, wants, and goals, RobMark got to work to design and program a modern, user-friendly website. To help identify the most important pages and content, our team performed a thorough audit of the previous website’s analytics. Using this data, we worked together with the Chamber to simplify the navigation for the new site and to determine what key information should be highlighted on the homepage.

In addition to a news feed and event calendar, another key feature our team included on the new website was a custom member directory that works hand-in-hand with the Chamber’s CRM system. The directory allows users to search for local businesses by keyword or category, and enhanced member profiles feature important information and links for each business.

The new website also needed to include information about Leadership Savannah, which was previously a separate website. Our team created a separate section for Leadership Savannah, where users can now learn more about the program, view and search alumni, and apply online.

With the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce’s new website, whether a user is thinking about becoming a member, looking for information on the economic development of the city, wanting to attend the Chamber’s next networking event, or interested in applying for Leadership Savannah, they will be able to find the information they need quickly and easily. By integrating the Chamber’s multiple entities into one cohesive, organized site and keeping the company’s new brand standards at the core of the website design, our team created a website that gives the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce a reputable, modern online presence.
