JCB
Virtual Experience
THE CHALLENGE
During COVID-19, agricultural trade shows were being cancelled across the country, which made it impossible for JCB, an international equipment manufacturing company, to attend face-to-face events that would showcase their latest products. JCB needed a way to show their latest and greatest equipment models to customers and to be able to connect with customers quickly and efficiently.
THE ROBMARK STRATEGY
Our team at RobMark collaborated with the JCB team to create a virtual trade show that would allow customers to feel as if they were at an agricultural show. From the safety of their own homes, JCB customers could view the latest available tractor models online.
Users could click on various equipment types to learn more about that product, watch videos, download spec sheets, and more. When the virtual trade show launched, JCB representatives were available to speak to each customer through a live chat option. Through this approach, they were able to reach different consumers and companies.
THE RESULTS
The virtual event generated significant engagement and we are proud to say that we exceeded JCB’s expectations, having over 6,000 participants attend the virtual event. The virtual experience allowed JCB’s team to reach and communicate with customers from all over the world with the simple click of a button.
